At Arverona, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and reliable payment experience for all customers.
This Payment Methods Policy explains how we handle payments and transactions on our website in compliance with Canadian consumer protection laws.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods through Shopify Payments:

  • Discover
  • Diners Club

All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments’ encrypted system.
We do not accept PayPal, Stripe, or any other external payment platforms.


2. Payment Currency

All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Any currency conversion or foreign transaction fees are determined by your financial institution.


3. Payment Authorization

Your payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation with all order details once the payment is successfully processed.

If your payment is declined or flagged by Shopify as suspicious or potentially fraudulent:

  • The order will not be processed
  • You will be notified by email
  • You may be asked to use an alternative payment method

4. Order Verification

For fraud prevention and security, we may contact you to verify certain order details before processing.
This may include confirming your email, billing information, or shipping address.
Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and fully refunded.


5. Failed or Canceled Payments

If your payment fails or is canceled, your order will not be processed.
If you believe your payment was charged but you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately at info@arverona.com


6. Refunds and Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact info@arverona.com within 12 hours of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.
