1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Products returned without authorization or beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Free Returns for Canadian Customers

Returns are free of charge for all customers located in Canada.
Arverona covers the cost of return shipping labels once the return is approved.
Please contact our support team to obtain a prepaid return label and detailed instructions before sending any product back.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or modification
  • Items not purchased directly from https://arverona.com
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Clearance or final sale products

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged lamp, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or shipping damage.
Our team will assess your request and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the defective item
  • Reshipment at no additional cost
  • Full refund to your original payment method

All defective product cases are handled in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.


5. Return Process

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  • Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
  • Repackage your lamp securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

6. Refund Timeline

After the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days.
Refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully processed.


7. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days of receipt.
If the replacement item costs more, you may be required to pay the price difference.
All exchange requests are subject to product availability.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:
